Why I started PCIC
Hi, I’m Enid. I started PCIC because the questions leaders bring to me are rarely just HR questions. I’ve seen how much harder it is to lead when the people side of the organization hasn’t kept pace with the work. A leader might be trying to grow a team, clarify who makes decisions, or change how people work together—all while keeping the day-to-day moving.
Leaders are asking how to introduce AI without losing trust, how to build new skills while the work itself is changing, and how to bring people through another change when they’re already stretched. The usual playbook only goes so far when several of those shifts are happening at once. I help leaders decide what needs to change, explain why it matters, and give managers and teams the support to put it into practice.
I like to start with a conversation: What’s getting in the way? What have you already tried? What would make the biggest difference right now? From there, we can decide what to tackle first and what your team needs to carry the work forward.

What makes PCIC different
We connect people decisions to the bigger picture.
A restructure, a culture shift, or a decision about AI can change who makes decisions, what managers are accountable for, and what skills teams need. We help leaders see those connections before they commit to a plan.
We build around the organization you actually lead.
We bring experience across businesses and nonprofits, where similar challenges can call for very different responses. We shape our recommendations around your mission, resources, and how your team works.
We help you put decisions into practice.
Through ALIGN™, we help leaders agree on what needs to change, clarify who owns the next steps, and prepare managers to lead the change. We check how it’s working once teams begin putting it into practice.
What guides PCIC
Our mission
PCIC helps business and nonprofit leaders make clear, fair decisions about people, culture, and the future of work. We turn those decisions into practical steps that managers and teams can carry out.
Our vision
We envision workplaces where leaders can adapt to a changing world while earning the trust of their people, and where employees understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how they can contribute.
Our values
- Listen first.
- Good advice begins with understanding the people, priorities, and realities of each organization.
- Make fairness visible.
- Fairness should be evident in how decisions are made, communicated, and applied.
- Lead change with care.
- How people experience change matters as much as what the organization hopes to achieve.
- Innovate with purpose.
- New ideas and technologies should solve meaningful problems, improve how people work, and respect their judgment.
- Follow through.
- We take responsibility for what we commit to and measure progress by what changes in practice.
